Mr & Mrs P has been created with love by husband and wife duo Greg & Georgia Poliwodzinski. Located in the beautiful strip of Bay street, Brighton, Mr. and Mrs. P provides an energetic, standout drinking and dining experience.

Pairing together with the highly regarded contemporary chef, Matthew Butcher, who has worked under world renowned chefs – Gordon Ramsay and Shannon Bennett. Butcher provides a cleverly created menu, encompassing his passion for exceptional dishes and quality foods.

Between them they share over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Together they are driven by their passion for the hospitality field and love for fresh produce and local ingredients sourced from local suppliers.

Key dishes include the refreshing Kingfish with Truffle Soy and the mouthwatering Wagyu Beef accompanied with Buttered Risoni and Green Goddess Dressing, showcasing what local Victorian produce has to offer.

The entire venue embraces a modern, industrial atmosphere; upstairs is the perfect place for sophisticated dining and hosts a more romantic experience with a second bar space that can cater for private functions and events. Downstairs offers an energetic visually stunning bar to settle into for the night. Following on to outside you will find a hidden gem of a spacious courtyard to feast and drink the night away.
