This exquisite venue seamlessly blends contemporary Australian cuisine with traditional Cantonese Chinese influences, resulting in a culinary experience that is second to none. Every dish is meticulously crafted with a profound passion for excellence, ensuring that every customer’s visit is unforgettable.

The venue boasts a diverse selection of areas for various events, including an indoor dining room featuring high-quality carpeted flooring, ambience-enhancing lighting, and wall designs embodying the heritage of Cantonese culture. Additionally, an outdoor courtyard and three private dining spaces can comfortably accommodate groups of six, ten, or up to sixty.

Immerse in a world of extraordinary flavours and exquisite combinations. Ming presents a thoughtfully crafted selection of dishes showcasing the chef’s pursuit of perfection and passion for exceptional taste.

For those who enjoy a variety of dishes, Ming offers a traditional banquet-style menu priced at $105 per person, Bottomless Yum Cha every Sunday from 12 pm to 2 pm, and Happy Hour every Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm. This is the perfect way to experience the traditional Cantonese cuisine for which Ming is well-known.

Ming Dining is open Monday – Sunday for lunch and dinner from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
